CellQuicken manufactures and distributes the CellQuicken product range. While professional assistance is offered in using the product range, it has been designed as a tool for self-care.
We know that cell functions adjust to new vibrational indoctrination over a period of time and therefor the user must use the device on a daily basis to have noticeable results. Some results are more evident within shorter periods than other. If a client does not feel any benefit after continuous use, they must contact the offices to ensure that the correct medical information has been provided.
Measurable Health Guarantee:
The CellQuicken Company offers a twelve-month health improvement guarantee. This health guarantee covers health improvement within the organs/body systems/organ functions. The health benchmark is taken by means of a health screening with the CellQuicken Health Risk Decoder hardware and software, prior to the initial treatment being started. This is to be repeated fortnightly for the duration of treatment and usage.
The guarantee is subject to:
- The user obtaining and treating the correct conditions/symptoms/causes
- The user providing and disclosing every previous illness, current discomforts/symptoms and diagnosis in the CellQuicken Medical Information and History form.
- The treatment must be compiled by a CellQuicken preferred health provider and a revision done every 3 months. Protocol must be followed.
- The client is to fortnightly monitor their progress via a screening. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that this health screening is submitted to the company via their online portal for the period of the guarantee.
- The client must use the device daily for at least 6 (six) hours per day and 6 days per week even if the client reports substantial improvement within days or weeks. It is accepted that cell functions adjust to new vibrational levels and frequencies over time.
The guarantee has fulfilled its purpose when these screenings are compares at any given time with the benchmark (ie, original screening prior to treatment) and have shown an improvement in any aspect.
Under no circumstances are we suggesting or trying to replace your medicine or therapy or trying to convince you that this alternative modality will cure you. No pregnant persons, persons who have had vital organ transplants or persons who cannot work with good knowledge, skills and insights to the equipment and their health may operate or apply elector or sound therapy and/or use the device.
CellQuicken cannot guarantee that the use of the CellQuicken product range is beneficial to a person’s specific health condition or that you will be cured of any ailment.
By using the CellQuicken product range and making use of frequency generation systems, you, the user, understands and accepts that you have no demand or expectation of curing any ailment. The client also understands that the use of the CellQuicken product range affords no negative physical or mental effects on the human body and that neither CellQuicken, not their representatives will be held liable for such anomalies.
You the user understands that the Health Risk Decoder is not a medical diagnosis but merely detects any imbalances within the testing points. Moreover, the user voluntarily accepts all responsibility for the use and application of all frequencies generated by our systems.
CellQuicken affords the client a 7 day money back guarantee. This is within 7 days of initial purchase and payment. 30% is deducted for admin and service charges.
7 day period:
Refund with 30% deduction fee is applicable within 7 days of purchase. This includes the time frame of client having either received their product pack or waiting for courier delivery.
- In the eventuality of death, CellQuicken does not refund the family and or any living party or estate for the purchase amount or any part thereof.

Steps in claiming a refund:
All of the below must be adhered to
- The client must indicate that he/she has provided all relevant medical history and health conditions and for the purpose of treatment
- The tailor-made treatment protocol must have been designed by a preferred health provider of CellQuicken
- The client must provide evidence of usage indicating minimum 6 hrs per day, 6 days per week
- The client must have submitted all relevant Health Risk analysis every fortnightly as stipulated to monitor progress
- The client must in writing apply for a refund by which all the evidence and requirements above must be included. Within this, the client must state clearly the outcome expected.
CellQuicken Contract Stipulations:
- On placing an order, the client accepts and understands by way of intent and signature their full acknowledgement of the terms and conditions as set out above. They irrevocably offer to purchase the goods described in the terms and conditions.
- The client has 7 days to pay amount as set out on the order form and quote. This allows for the client to cancel intention and also ensure that they are in full understanding of the terms and conditions, the service stipulations and also the product package.
- On paying the invoice, it is stipulated within that the client accepts and understands the Terms and Conditions.
- The CellQuicken Contract provides for a warrantee of 5 years on the product hardware, which is a carry-in-warranty with transport costs and damages incurred because of 3rd part courier incurred by the owner of the device.
CellQuicken is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason.
The RoyalVibe app, stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us so that you can run treatments and affirmation programs. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not remove software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the RoyalVibe app won’t work properly.
You should be aware that there are certain components that CellQuicken will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app, such as the ability to download and store treatments, dependents or schedules offline will all require the app to have an active internet connection. CellQuicken cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to internet and if you do not fully understand the functionality or how to operate the Cell phone in use.
Along the same lines, CellQuicken cannot take responsibility for the way you use the app. It is your responsibility that you need to make sure that your mobile stays charged.
The app is currently available on Android only via Google Play Services – the requirements for systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. The RoyalVibe app is currently not supported by iOS.
Copyright and intellectual property
You agree that the CellQuicken service, including, but not limited to its products, graphics, user interphase, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, and the scripts and software used to implement the RoyalVibe service, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by CellQuicken and/or its licenses, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws including but not limited to copyright.
You agree that you will not use such property info or materials in any way whatsoever, except for use of RoyalVibe service in compliance with this agreement.
No portion of the RoyalVibe service may be reproduced in any form or by any means, except as expressly permitted in these terms.
You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the RoyalVibe service in any manner.
