Without your health, you have nothing going on. Everyone aspires for financial and lifestyle freedom. So why not also aspire for freedom from illness. Aspire for health freedom.

Every person must live in a balanced state so that you can be at your optimal level in all aspects of your life. To be at an optimal level, you must be in good health.

The art of healing comes from nature and not from the physician. Therefore, the physician must start from nature, with an open mind.

About Dr Alexandra Araujo, Medical Director for CellQuicken

I became a doctor because I enjoy caring for people. I first became interested in medicine when I was a child and somehow knew very early on that medicine was the career for me. I wanted to help people.

I love being a doctor for many reasons. First, it is an honor to be trusted with another human being's health and well-being. And with this trust have the possibility to impact in a positive way the lives of the patients.

Another reason why I love medicine and being a doctor is that it is a profession in which people continue to learn and grow. Understanding the human body and human disease is a complex and daunting responsibility. There is constantly new information, data, protocols, and standards of care. Staying current is an important and intellectually stimulating aspect of being a doctor. Therefore, being a physician provides innumerable opportunities and the immense privilege to help better the lives of patients of all ages.

In this order, I have been engaged in the practice of anti-aging medicine focusing on illness prevention. But I also believe in an integrative health, that is not only focus on the illness, but it also focuses on the physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual and environmental influences that affect a person’s health. This includes the nutrition, exercise and lifestyle habits changes.

According to doctors Goldman & Klatz, founders of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine: "Anti-aging medicine is a medical specialty founded on the application of advanced scientific and medical technologies for the early detection, prevention, treatment, and reversal of age-related dysfunction, disorders, and diseases.” However, Doctors and Patients should be a team. The patients must also take responsibility and commit to themselves and with their own health to make those changes that lead them to a healthier and happier life.
